1. 前言
豬五花創意有限公司（統一編號 60664152，以下稱「本公司」）經營 Cutetric 網站（cutetric.com）。本公司依《個人資料保護法》，說明我們如何蒐集、處理及利用你的個人資料。
2. 蒐集的資料
你在網站上的對話（「有問題想問我們嗎？」與「申請成為合作夥伴」）中提供的資料，包括：姓名或稱呼、公司或品牌名稱、電子郵件，以及你提供的內容，例如問題與想法、產品或服務說明、起訂量、交期與作品集連結。網站主機也會自動記錄基本的連線資料，例如 IP 位址與瀏覽器類型。
3. 蒐集目的
回覆你的詢問並安排聯繫；評估合作夥伴申請並媒合合適的專案；提供及改善我們的服務。（特定目的：〇四〇 行銷；〇六九 契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務；〇九〇 消費者、客戶管理與服務；一五七 調查、統計與研究分析）
4. AI 協助整理
你在對話中提供的內容，會由 AI 模型協助整理成重點，此處理由我們委託的第三方 AI 服務供應商進行。整理結果由本公司專員檢視與回覆；AI 不會代表本公司做出任何承諾或報價。
5. 利用期間、地區、對象及方式
期間：於蒐集目的存續期間內利用；目的消失或期限屆滿時，依法刪除、停止處理或利用，法令另有規定者從其規定。地區：台灣，以及本公司委託之雲端服務供應商所在地區。對象：本公司，以及受本公司委託處理資料的服務供應商（網站託管、電子郵件、客戶管理系統、AI 服務，以及網站分析與廣告服務）。本公司不會將你的資料出售，或提供給第三方用於其行銷目的。方式：以電子方式儲存、處理與利用。
6. 你的權利
依《個人資料保護法》第三條，你可以請求：查詢或閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集、處理或利用，以及刪除你的個人資料。請寄信至 hello@cutetric.com，我們會盡快處理。
7. 不提供資料的影響
你可以自由選擇是否提供個人資料。若未提供聯絡方式，我們可能無法回覆你的詢問或申請。
8. Cookie 與分析工具
本網站使用 Google Analytics 與 Meta Pixel 的 Cookie，了解訪客如何使用網站，並衡量廣告成效。這些工具會蒐集瀏覽行為、裝置類型與大略位置等資料，並由 Google 與 Meta 依其各自的隱私權政策處理。你可以在瀏覽器設定中封鎖或刪除 Cookie，或安裝 Google Analytics 停用外掛程式；封鎖 Cookie 不影響你使用本網站的主要功能。網站載入字型時，你的瀏覽器也會連線至 Google Fonts 的伺服器。

1. Introduction
Pork Belly Creative Co., Ltd. (Taiwan tax ID 60664152, "we") operates the Cutetric website (cutetric.com). In line with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, this notice explains how we collect, process and use your personal data.
2. What we collect
The details you give us in the chats on this site ("Have a question for us?" and "Apply to partner with us"): your name, company or brand, email address, and what you tell us, such as your question or idea, what you make or offer, minimum orders, lead times and portfolio links. Our hosting provider also records basic connection data, such as your IP address and browser type.
3. Why we collect it
To reply to you and arrange a conversation; to review partner applications and match partners to suitable campaigns; and to provide and improve our services.
4. How AI helps
What you write in the chats is organised into key points by an AI model run by a third-party AI service provider working for us. A specialist on our team reviews it and replies. The AI never makes commitments or quotes on our behalf.
5. How long, where, who and how
How long: for as long as the purposes above continue. When they end, we delete your data or stop processing and using it, as the law requires, unless the law says otherwise. Where: Taiwan, and the regions where our cloud service providers operate. Who: us, and the service providers that process data for us (website hosting, email, our customer management system, AI services, and website analytics and advertising services). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. How: stored, processed and used electronically.
6. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to let you see your data, give you a copy, correct or complete it, stop collecting, processing or using it, or delete it. Email hello@cutetric.com and we will act on it as soon as we can.
7. If you choose not to share
Sharing your details is up to you. Without a way to contact you, we may not be able to reply to your question or application.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools collect data such as browsing activity, device type and approximate location, which Google and Meta process under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; blocking cookies does not stop you using the main features of the site. When the site loads its fonts, your browser also connects to Google Fonts servers.
9. Keeping your data safe
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
